Ah well have fun with it! That's all that matters spray is fine and cheap but wont last long if you lean it on something or lock it up etc. The powder coat I get here is a around 60 dollars frame and fork for basic colors. it is scratch resistant and chemical resistant etc. all the chrome and polishing is free since my dad has been doing it like 40 years. working on bikes is fun but seems there is a tool for everything lol and most times its best just to buy the right tool for the job.

Side note congrats on retirement I hope I see that day and don't have to work till I die :-)

RYN about my rebuilding a bike. It's a 1970 era Raleigh 10 speed. I noticed that you had a bike sent out to be repainted. I'm thinking about simply using a spray can.

For now I'm one step below a novice, however with retirement looming (March 31), working on bikes could possibly be my new hobby. Time will tell.

Thank's Randy, and Rob yes that's one of the Villa's of Villa boxing club. They are some friends of mine from highschool I have kind of reconnected with since my whole cycling addiction thing with the bikes :-)

Glad you attended and enjoyed it. I must have missed you though. It was a busy day for me as it always is. So many people I didn't get a chance to meet or talk to and a lot of bikes I missed.
I've added a link to your post on the Coasters site.
